There are more than hundreds of new species found in 2013, among them there are three new shark species found in 2013:

The Carolina Hammerhead Shark, Sphyrna gilberti
The Halmahera Walking Shark, Hemyschillium halmahera
The Phillipinnes Sawshark, Plitioformi Ednae

With the addition of these three new shark species, there are already more than 400 are found. Most of them is from Carcharhiniformes Family.
